HP 分离器液位低低跳闸多年前被解除；操作员不信任液位计、依赖带偏差的图表记录仪；HP 分离器液位低时手动反复开关液力控制阀，使高压气体窜入 LP 分离器 V306，LP 分离器安全阀按火灾工况而非气体突破工况设定→V306 超压爆炸
